Today, I am going to discuss about the reasons behind hundreds of Steam titles getting banned. You will also learn about how to be in good standing with Valve and what NOT to do when you publish your games on Steam. It is smarter to learn from others mistake and be careful about your decisions. Think 10 times before doing anything stupid.

Steam Store Algorithm Has Changed - Now What To Do As A Game Developer

Steam has announced changes in their Steam Algorithm which intends to show customers more relevant and diversified games regardless of how much money they made. But the changes in the algorithm has opposite effect on indie games especially the upcoming titles. Some developers including myself are facing low sales/wishlists since 13th September the changes took effect. What are your thoughts on this one? I don't think we have to worry much because they are looking into issues and fix the bugs. I hope things will get better in the long term for all of us.
